These terms govern your use of aamlsolutions.com and any services provided by AAML Solutions. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

AAML Solutions provides preliminary title searching and property research support, including current owner searches, lien and encumbrance abstracts, historical 30-to-60-year chain of title tracing, and public record document retrieval. Each engagement is completed strictly according to the search checklist submitted with the property.

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to submit any materials you upload and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality or intellectual property obligations you owe to a third party.

Fees & Payment

Pricing is $100 flat per property for a Single Title Search, or $500 per month for the Monthly Research Plan covering up to 5 property searches per billing cycle. Unused searches do not roll over. Rush work and out-of-scope research may incur additional fees quoted in advance.

Confidentiality

We treat all submitted documents as confidential and use them only to perform the requested work. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage and handling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAML Solutions' liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
