Current Owner Searches: $100.00 Flat Rate per order (All covered states, excluding CA)
Standard Full Searches (30 to 60-Year): $100.00 Flat Rate per order (All covered states, excluding CA)
Turnaround Time: Completed within 24 to 48 hours for all digital counties nationwide (excluding CA).
Daily Capacity: We accept up to 3 orders per day to guarantee fast, high-quality results.
Note: The flat-rate fees listed above cover abstracting labor and direct system entry. Any actual county statutory fees required to download document copies will be passed through at exact cost.
